Cancellation of Orders
You may request to cancel your order for a refund, up to 3 hours after the date and time of the order. All cancellation requests will be accepted within 3 hours and we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. In that we deduct Rs. 60 as processing fee for any amount of orders you place on celebratinglifes.in Customized Acrylic Gifts India
Cancellations after 3 hours will not be accepted.
celebratinglifes.in offers a replacement guarantee only if the product received is damaged/defective. Please get in touch with us at support@celebratinglifes.in within 2 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to. celebratinglifes.in will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered a wrong item.
What are the conditions for Replacement Or Refund?
As explained earlier, to be eligible for replacement, return, refund of any item – buyer must product an authenticated unboxing video which can support buyer’s claim. No replacement claim will be accepted without unboxing video.
